PsychPanda Community
Terms of Service
Version 2026-10
Draft terms prepared alongside the software. PsychPanda should review them with a legal adviser before launch.
1. About the service
PsychPanda Community is an online community operated by PsychPanda Ltd (company no. 17501806, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ) to help people preparing for psychiatry examinations find study partners, discuss revision topics and arrange peer practice sessions. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
2. Not clinical advice
The community is for education and peer revision only. Content posted by members is not medical advice and must not be relied on for patient care. Do not use the community to discuss identifiable patients.
3. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure.
- You must be honest about your professional role and not impersonate anyone.
- You’re responsible for activity on your account.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give PsychPanda a non-exclusive licence to host and display it within the community. You must have the right to post it and it must follow the Community Guidelines — in particular, no patient-identifiable information and no confidential examination content.
5. Practice sessions
Sessions are arranged between members. PsychPanda provides scheduling and creates Zoom meeting links but does not supervise sessions and is not responsible for members’ conduct in them. Please report any problems.
6. Moderation
We may remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts that breach these terms or the guidelines, and may change or discontinue features.
7. Free service
The first 100 people to create an account (“founding members”) can use the community free of charge during the launch period. We record founding membership on your account when you sign up. No payment details are needed to join. If we ever introduce charges, we will give members plenty of notice before anything changes, and nobody will be charged without first agreeing to it. Links to PsychPanda courses or products are clearly marked; any purchase is under separate terms on psychpanda.com.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, PsychPanda is not liable for indirect losses or for content posted by members. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
